Cryotherapy

When you visit our cryotherapy chamber, which is cooled to -85°C, you will enter for up to 3 minutes wearing light clothing such as your bikini, swimsuit, or swim shorts.

Cryotherapy in a cryotherapy chamber is a unique method of whole-body cold therapy. During the treatment, your body cells are supplied with twice as much oxygen. This effect promotes circulation and can relieve pain.

Cryotherapy chambers are primarily used in general healthcare by professional athletes, although not exclusively. They support regeneration, can help with rheumatism and sleep disorders, stimulate metabolism, and have a positive effect on the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Our cryotherapy expert, Claudia Kalz, looks forward to introducing you to our cryotherapy chamber.
