Rooted in tradition – committed to the future

Here in Bavaria, we feel a deep connection to our homeland and cherish a wealth of traditions that have been passed down over many years. These are values we preserve and keep alive. Whether it is craftsmanship, traditional festivals, regional customs or local habits: our traditions are a precious treasure that we always want to remain aware of. Of course, we embrace the spirit of the times – but we draw our strength for this from our roots.

Sustainability in action

Sustainability is both a challenge and a responsibility that affects us all today. We too, the team around Milos Colovic and Thomas Kellermann, are already developing and living a sustainability concept for Egerner Höfe in Rottach-Egern. What drives us is a conscious, responsible approach to the environment and nature, as well as care for our employees, guests and the people of the Tegernsee region. Our commitment to sustainable entrepreneurship is to improve quality of life and strengthen the region for the long term, creating a foundation on which to further develop, stabilise and balance the economy and society – today and for future generations.

Resource efficiency

Sustainability in materials and consistency in our actions right from the start. We rely on renewable energy, regional suppliers, and short distances: Ecological, authentic architecture that blends in with its surroundings, balancing tradition and contemporary spirit.

Live it – don’t just talk about it

We see ourselves as an integral part of the society in which we operate. That is why we view sustainability as an opportunity and deliberately integrate it into our daily actions. It is an important part of our corporate culture and is reflected not only in isolated activities or half-hearted projects. Our management goes beyond traditional entrepreneurship: they are visionaries who take action where others merely express wishes.

Foresight and responsibility

Everything we do, develop, plan, and think is geared toward a sustainable future. Because we want to secure our company’s long-term economic success so that we can take responsibility for future generations.
