03 | Conferences
There are four meeting rooms available: Gmund (up to 70 people in theater seating, 88 square metres), Bad Wiessee (up to 30 people, 60 square metres), Tegernsee (up to 20 people, 45 sq m) and Rottach-Egern (up to 150 people, 200 sq m). All rooms feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
All packages include personalised on-site support, a suitable meeting room with natural light, a choice of seating arrangements, a flipchart, noticeboards and a facilitator’s kit, writing pads, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks during the meeting, speciality coffees and a fruit basket in the foyer. In addition, the Comfort package includes a two-course lunch, whilst the deluxe package includes both a two-course lunch and a three-course dinner.
These packages are available for groups of 8 or more participants per day, subject to request and availability. For groups of fewer than 8 people, an additional room hire charge applies.

Our beautiful Egerner Alm is THE perfect location for an all-round successful event in a very private, exclusive setting. This means that there will be no other guests on site on your booking day.
The indoor area of our Egerner Alm can accommodate up to 70 people.
We take the liberty of charging a minimum turnover for food and beverages and vary this between Sunday-Thursday (€5,500) and Friday/Saturday (€9,500) These are guideline values that, depending on the number of people, provide a good basis for calculation. But please rest assured: YOUR perfect event is our greatest asset and so we want as many happy guests as possible to enjoy our beautiful Egerner Alm. That's why we are happy to adjust the minimum turnover in individual cases and talk openly with each other here.
Feel free to drop by. This way we can show you our location and conditions on site, get to know each other personally and answer initial questions. If a visit on your part is not possible, e.g. due to the arrival time, we will also be happy to arrange an initial video call to bring you a little closer to the alpine pasture.
If your desired date has already been set, we will be happy to reserve it for up to two weeks. During this period, we will remain in contact and will be available at any time for any questions or requests.
Our Egerner Alm can be used from 12 noon. Decoration work or construction can already take place in the morning.
As long as it doesn't damage the location, you are welcome to decorate as you please. We are happy to assist you with wishes and suggestions and plan the decoration together with you. We have fantastic service providers in our portfolio with whom we have always had impeccable experiences. We ask you to refrain from confetti and air strikes.
In order to guarantee you perfect service and the best quality from our alpine cuisine, we ask you to opt for a fixed menu from the culinary highlights depending on the season for all your guests. Of course, individual courses can be exchanged within the menu suggestions or, if necessary, changed. seasonally adjusted. Of course, we are happy to take individual intolerances into account.
You are very welcome to celebrate until 02:00 a.m. and accompany this with music. In front of the Egerner Alm, as well as in the Alm, we ask you for background volume without bass or drums. Again, we can recommend great bands that specialize in playing "unplugged".On the other hand, it can get a little louder in our party cellar directly under the alpine pasture. Here, a DJ or a band of up to 3 people can create a groovy atmosphere.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel. Please note that the Gourmet restaurant Dichter, the breakfast restaurant Florians, and the Kaminrestaurant with Stube Alois, as well as our Mangfall Spa, are dog-free. We welcome your dog on the terrace, in some rooms, and in Stube Anton.
We have a limited number of city bikes and e-mountain bikes available for rent.

Yes, there are separate changing areas for men and women, equipped with showers, hairdryers and automatic lockers.
Our clothing shop, Bo Redley, offers a range of fashion items as well as a selection of swimwear. Please feel free to ask in-store about the styles available.
Our external guests will be provided with a spa bag containing a bathrobe and slippers on loan for the duration of their stay. If you require a specific size, please let us know in advance if possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your stay.
Yes, you can use our outdoor car park free of charge during your stay. You will be given an exit ticket for this.
Enter our hotel lobby through the main entrance and turn right. Walk past our Bo Redley clothing shop and take the stairs on the left down to the lower level. At the bottom of the stairs, you will see the golden sign saying ‘Mangfall Spa’ and our spa reception.
We recommend that you leave valuables at home wherever possible. A combination-lock safe is available for your use during your stay. Please note the hotel’s applicable terms and conditions regarding liability for valuables brought onto the premises.
The Mangfall Spa is a non-smoking area. For smokers, there is a designated area on our outdoor terrace, where an ashtray is provided.

Access to our Mangfall Spa is complimentary for in-house guests.
Our sauna area is open daily from 10.00 to 21.00.
The pool area, the gym and the Body & Mind room are available daily from 07.00 to 21.00.
The Mangfall Spa offers four different saunas. You can choose from the Finnish sauna (90°C), the bio-sauna (65°C), the salt sauna (60°C), and, exclusively for our female guests, the ladies' sauna (90°C). Can also be booked as a private spa.
Our pool extends for 20 meters indoors and continues into an outdoor pool. It is heated to 30°C.
Children and young people up to and including the age of 13 may use the pool area between 07:00 and 17:00. Please observe the applicable supervision rules for children.
From the age of 14, the regular pool opening hours of 07:00 to 21:00 apply. The sauna area is accessible to guests aged 14 and over and is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
We recommend discussing individual circumstances and needs with our spa team. They can provide expert information and personal consultation for your treatments.
For hygienic reasons, the saunas and steam bath are only enjoyed without clothing.
We offer our diverse treatments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments after 6:00 PM conclude by 7:00 PM at the latest.
Subject to availability and consultation with our spa team, you can enjoy Day Spa packages from Sunday to Friday.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel. Please note that the Gourmet restaurant Dichter, the breakfast restaurant Florians, and the Kaminrestaurant with Stube Alois, as well as our Mangfall Spa, are dog-free. We welcome your dog on the terrace, in some rooms, and in Stube Anton.

Are there changing rooms, showers and lockers?
Yes, there are separate changing areas for men and women, equipped with showers, hairdryers and automatic lockers.
What can I do if I’ve forgotten my swimwear?
Our clothing shop, Bo Redley, offers a range of fashion items as well as a selection of swimwear. Please feel free to ask in-store about the styles available.
Are towels, bathrobes and bathroom slippers also provided for external guests?
Our external guests will be provided with a spa bag containing a bathrobe and slippers on loan for the duration of their stay. If you require a specific size, please let us know in advance if possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your stay.
Is there parking available for day-spa guests?
Yes, you can use our outdoor car park free of charge during your stay. You will be given an exit ticket for this.
Where is the entrance to the Mangfall Spa?
Enter our hotel lobby through the main entrance and turn right. Walk past our Bo Redley clothing shop and take the stairs on the left down to the lower level. At the bottom of the stairs, you will see the golden sign saying ‘Mangfall Spa’ and our spa reception.
How can I keep my valuables safe?
We recommend that you leave valuables at home wherever possible. A combination-lock safe is available for your use during your stay. Please note the hotel’s applicable terms and conditions regarding liability for valuables brought onto the premises.
Is smoking allowed at the Mangfall Spa?
The Mangfall Spa is a non-smoking area. For smokers, there is a designated area on our outdoor terrace, where an ashtray is provided.
Can I book a sun lounger?
We would ask you not to reserve sun loungers for long periods by placing towels or personal belongings on them. This is to ensure that all guests can use the relaxation areas and enjoy a relaxing stay.

Access to our Mangfall Spa is complimentary for in-house guests.
What are the opening hours of the Mangfall Spa?
Our sauna area is open daily from 10.00 to 21.00.
The pool area, the gym and the Body & Mind room are available daily from 07.00 to 21.00.
How many saunas does the Mangfall Spa have?
The Mangfall Spa offers four different saunas. You can choose from the Finnish sauna (90°C), the bio-sauna (65°C), the salt sauna (60°C), and, exclusively for our female guests, the ladies' sauna (90°C). Can also be booked as a private spa.
Does Parkhotel Egerner Höfe have a pool, how large is it, and at what temperature is it heated?
Our pool extends for 20 meters indoors and continues into an outdoor pool. It is heated to 30°C.
From what age are children allowed to use the Mangfall Spa?
Children and young people up to and including the age of 13 may use the pool area between 07:00 and 17:00. Please observe the applicable supervision rules for children.
From the age of 14, the regular pool opening hours of 07:00 to 21:00 apply. The sauna area is accessible to guests aged 14 and over and is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
Do you offer treatments for pregnant women?
We recommend discussing individual circumstances and needs with our spa team. They can provide expert information and personal consultation for your treatments.
Is the sauna area clothes-free?
For hygienic reasons, the saunas and steam bath are only enjoyed without clothing.
What treatments can I book, and at what times are treatments available?
We offer our diverse treatments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments after 6:00 PM conclude by 7:00 PM at the latest.
Does Parkhotel Egerner Höfe offer Day Spa packages?
Subject to availability and consultation with our spa team, you can enjoy Day Spa packages from Sunday to Friday.

After check-out, you are welcome to enjoy the Mangfall Spa until 4:00 PM and conclude your stay at your leisure. Upon request, our guests can book the evening spa for EUR 55,- if they wish to stay until 9 pm.
Can non-residents visit the Mangfall Spa even if they haven’t booked a day spa package?
External guests who would like to book a massage or treatment are also very welcome. We’d be happy to arrange an appointment with you on an individual basis.
If you’d like to make the most of your stay beyond your treatment, we’ll be happy to check on request whether additional spa access is available. Please contact our spa reception for information on duration, availability and prices.
How far in advance can I book a day spa package?
You can conveniently book day spa packages online up to four weeks in advance. If you would like to plan your visit earlier, please feel free to contact our spa reception by telephone or email. We will review your booking enquiry personally.
Do I need to cancel my day spa appointment in advance if I can’t make it?
Yes, you may cancel your booked day spa appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, either in writing or by telephone, by contacting our spa reception. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount.
Is it possible to make a last-minute booking on the same day?
We’d be more than happy to check whether there’s any availability at short notice. To help us plan your booking as effectively as possible, we recommend that you contact our spa reception directly from 09:00.
Can I redeem a day spa voucher?
Yes, of course. Please bring your voucher with you when you visit so that we can apply it in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

With our Late Spa option, you can extend your stay at the Mangfall Spa until 9.00 pm on the day of departure. This offer costs 70 euros per person and should be enquired about and booked in advance at our spa reception. Bookings are subject to availability.

Can I book a treatment even if I haven’t booked a day spa package?
Please contact our spa reception. We’ll be happy to provide you with information on available treatment slots and the options available to non-resident guests.
How much time should I allow before my treatment?
Please arrive at the spa reception ideally five minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to arrive at your leisure and begin your treatment in a relaxed manner.
What happens if I have to cancel an appointment at short notice?
You may cancel free of charge up until 6.00 pm on the day before, either in person at our spa reception, by telephone or in writing via email. For cancellations made after this time, we will charge the full price of the booked treatment.
What happens if I’m late for my treatment?
If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly so that subsequent appointments can go ahead on time. The agreed treatment fee remains the same.
Do I need to disclose any health conditions before treatment?
Yes, please inform our spa reception and your therapist in advance of any relevant health conditions, allergies or intolerances. If you are pregnant or have any other specific health conditions, we recommend that you seek medical advice before booking.

What is the check-in time, and until what time can guests stay in the room on the day of departure?
The check-in time at our hotel begins at 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 12:00 PM.

We do not offer an in-house shuttle service to public transportation. We would be happy to assist you in booking a taxi.

Do I have to wear swimwear in the pool?
Yes, swimwear must be worn throughout the pool area. Please have a shower before using the pool.
Is the sauna a nude facility?
Yes, our saunas and steam room are used without clothing. Please have a shower before using them and always use a towel large enough to sit on, so that your body does not come into direct contact with the seating or lounging areas.
What sort of clothing do I need for the gym?
Please wear suitable sports clothing and trainers. When using the equipment, please place a towel on the seats and loungers, and then clean the equipment using the disinfectants provided, in accordance with the instructions on site.
Am I allowed to use my smartphone at the Mangfall Spa?
We ask that you keep your smartphone use to a minimum in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect the privacy of all guests. Photography and video recording in which other guests are recognisable are not permitted.
Am I allowed to work on my laptop in the quiet area?
The Mangfall Spa is a place of tranquillity and rejuvenation. We therefore ask that you refrain from working on your laptop and make the most of your time out, consciously stepping away from everyday life and work commitments.
Why should I have a shower before and after using the sauna?
For hygiene reasons and out of consideration for other guests, please always shower BEFORE and AFTER using the sauna. Please also shower before using our cold-water pool for a refreshing dip.

Is the Mangfall Spa suitable for pregnant women?
Even during pregnancy, a break at the Mangfall Spa can be beneficial. As suitability for the sauna, steam room and other wellness treatments varies from person to person, we recommend that you seek medical advice beforehand. Please inform our spa team that you are pregnant so that we can advise you on suitable treatments.
Are there any packages for couples or joint treatments?
Yes, subject to availability, you can enjoy a treatment together in our Couple Room. Please discuss your requirements with our spa reception when booking.
Are group bookings possible?
The Mangfall Spa is designed as a place of tranquillity and relaxation. As we deliberately limit the number of guests, we are only able to accommodate larger group bookings to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance so that we can assess your enquiry on a case-by-case basis.
Can birthdays or special occasions be celebrated at the spa?
You are more than welcome to combine your birthday, wedding anniversary or any other special occasion with a day spa visit. To round off your day in style, we recommend a visit to one of our restaurants. Our team will be happy to help you make the necessary arrangements and book a table.
