Our Pools

POOL 30°C

Our 20 m pool offers relaxed swimming at a pleasant temperature. With direct access to the outdoor area, relaxation and nature blend together in harmony.

SWIMMING POND

The 18 m long and 2 m deep natural swimming pond can be used all year round. In winter, when weather conditions allow, it invites you to enjoy an ice bath. In summer, it creates a harmonious symbiosis between Mangfall Spa and Tegernsee’s natural surroundings.

Pool area opening hours:

Adults 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

Children under 14 years 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Our saunas

Sauna opening hours: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

FINNISH SAUNA 90° C

The dry, intense heat of the traditional Finnish sauna stimulates circulation and offers pure relaxation. Live infusions turn the session into a special experience.

BIO SAUNA 65° C

The gentle warmth and pleasant humidity are ideal for relaxing breaks and skincare.

SALT SAUNA 60° C

The combination of mild warmth and salty air is perfect for respiratory care and holistic cleansing.

LADIES’ SAUNA 90° C

A private retreat for women in an exclusive atmosphere. High temperatures stimulate the metabolism and enhance well-being. The automatic infusion function provides gentle infusions.

COLD PLUNGE POOL 10° C

Immersing yourself in the cold plunge pool invigorates and refreshes your circulation. An energizing boost for your circulation and renewed vitality.

ICE LOUNGE 10 to 12° C

The ice lounge offers a cooling ambience and crystal-clear air. It activates your circulation and refreshes you gently.

STEAM BATH 45 to 50° C

The steam bath envelops you in aromatic steam and pleasant warmth with high humidity. Perfect for well-being and as a foundation for skincare.
