Fondue Chinoise
Tender pieces of veal fillet, turkey breast, beef fillet, and shrimp are cooked in a rich beef broth. We serve this with small seasoned potatoes, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and a selection of fine sauces – from garlic and curry to avocado dip, saffron mayonnaise, and chimichurri. The menu is complemented by pickled vegetables, crisp salads, fruity coleslaw, olives, and a bread basket with spreads.

Cheese Fondue
Our creamy cheese fondue is prepared from the finest cheeses, ranging from mild to spicy. We serve it with crispy bread, walnut baguette, small potatoes, fried mushrooms, fresh grapes, pineapple pieces, and fine pickled vegetables.
