• Get to know every department: You will rotate through all relevant departments with personal support from our HR department, department heads and trainers.

• A strong contact person: Our Human Resources Manager, Daniela Böhm, is also a training ambassador for DEHOGA Bayern in the Miesbach district. That means we stand for exemplary training.

• Further training: Benefit from monthly subject-specific training sessions, both in-house and external. With a learning app, you can build your specialist knowledge in a fun way.

• Well looked after all round: You will receive a free uniform and enjoy excellent meals in our staff canteen, the “Spezlstubn”.

• Living and parking: You can stay in our staff house at a reduced rate and park free of charge at the hotel (both subject to availability).
