Our team of chefs

Matthias Beck originally comes from Saxony and chose Bavaria as his new home 13 years ago. He ensures that deliveries are punctual and of the highest quality, so you may enjoy a truly crisp roast duck in the evening. Without his highly efficient organisational skills, our creative team of chefs would be at a loss. Together with Achim Hack he runs our Dichterstub’n, Hubertusstüberl and Egerner Alm restaurants and lays on exquisite culinary surprises.

Another member of our valued team, Achim Hack, discovered his love for Bavaria and for the Egerner Höfe 12 years ago. Today, he shares the responsibility for the Dichterstub’n, Hubertusstüberl and Egerner Alm restaurants with Matthias Beck. Besides his professional calling and his family, he is a keen mountain biker and will not only share recipes but also great tips regarding the surrounding mountain bike trails.
